An SOS remedy for colds. In Russia, they know about the ACC. NAC is similar but cheaper. I combine it with vitamin C and other remedies. It helps remove viruses and reduces the strain on the immune system. I haven't been sick in over two years.

I bought this for my daughter, who has asthma. While she can't take tablets yet, I dissolve the powder in a drink for her. Since then, her asthma attacks have reduced, and she no longer catches colds every month; I believe this is due to the NAC. I plan to continue using it.
